Most of you guys including me won't have a clue what these games are nor how to play some of them due to im sure all of us not knowing any japanese but I figured why the hell not. Lawl.

I do not know if they all work, but of around various Sh'mups that I've tested have worked fine, since a lot of good ones never left the country sadly. These are available on an as is and is intended for testing, learning, and or backup purposes.
Here is a video tutorial I made to learn how to make cheat codes for These older SNES games(Game used is Mega Man X v1.0):
