I know we are still having this problem every single morning, the Apache module keeps crashing and gives no logs on what happened.
I've tried to tweak little things to try and figure out what was going on, I thought
I had fixed it a couple times but it still did it.
My solution: Disabled Apache entirely. Our sites now run with Nginx+FPM so Apache can crash all it wants now.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused during the AM times.
