Hello Guys i want to Fix that Worgen spells, Because i canno't to use the spells i did custom Scrolls for that but they canno't to use in outside, just instance & karazhan working they worgens, Scrolls

That scrolls just working at, karazhan instance i wan't to use it all zones,

Update: its aren't work again its are just working in instance, area again, :/
