I have started his and I wanted to mention that using that DBC editor provided in this post will allow you to do this much easier as well. If you press Tools you can do it all from right there. Thank though

Yeh i believe it is also inside of a dbc file not sure which one or anything.

Harry and I had the same problem when making the talents for EoC. Don't know for certain, but think it's part of the exe. We (read: I) fixed it by changing the interface files.
