difference between stamina and health

Hello, emudevs, yesterday i saw few servers where items gives no stamina but gives you health, and that servers are don't have 50 online players they are more popular than those which one gives stamina, i'm talking about fun servers, what the difference between stamina and health on items then ????
i mean lol, stamina * 10 = health

+ 300 Stamina looks way better than + 3000 Health. Maybe they don't know how the health is calculated and used +health then. xD

Most servers that are going for the op items tend to attract players that like to see bigger numbers. Could be the population likes the larger stats more. Either way it's messy lol

1 Stamina = 10 health

Adding "X Health" is the same except it gives you the amount you choose, for example:

1 Health = 1 HP

Stamina is simplified to give you more health per 1 stamina.
