Hmm, maybe a lot more has changed since v2.0 than I thought. I can no longer get creature:SetRooted() or creature:SetStunned() to work in any way at all. Is there any reason why these functions are no longer working? Also does this mean all of the functions in the LuaFunctions.cpp with "//" in front of it are taken out? Such as "// {"DisableMelee", &LuaUnit::DisableMelee}, // :DisableMelee([disable]) - if true, enables" ? Because a function like disable melee is easily one of the more important functions in there if you are making any sort of boss fight. How come such important and useful functions were removed from the engine?

Most functions are commented out (not removed) because they don't exist on MaNGOS or vice versa. I can recompile the source and uncomment some of TrinityCore's methods if you're wanting them.

Would it cause any errors or would I notice anything if you were to uncomment them? I feel like there has to be alternate functions for something like DisableMelee() somewhere in the MaNGOS engine that isn't explained anywhere because it seems like too important of a function not to have. Anyway as long as its not a big deal I would appreciate you going out of your way to do that for me

No, it won't cause any errors for the emulator source it is being used on. As I mentioned, most methods were disabled because TC supported them and MaNGOS did not. Nah, it isn't that big of a deal. I'll probably do it later this weekend. ;)

That is NEVER a good thing to do at all unless you compiled the said missing dll(s) (but why download the repack if you can compile?) or get them from the official sites.

In the main posts I have links to older redistributable Packages which you probably need to install. If that still doesn't work try installing an older version of .NET framework.

This repack is pretty old and needs to be updated.
