Afaik Steff is still working on Neo. Since i don't have much experience in 3D rendering, HLSL and such things i can't continue like i would like to. Cromon did the whole 3D part and doesn't have any motivation to continue Neo atm. :/
well deleting things shouldn't be hard to code. its not really 3d stuff that needs done. the 3d stuff already seems done. just need the deleting wmos and stuff done. it dont work on the copy i downloaded so if you got a copy that can delete gameobjects please send me a link <3

Neo isn't really usable right now so there's no need for guides yet. Just use Noggit instead.
I'm not developing Neo at this moment, but some guys started to continue the development of Neo some weeks ago! If you're interested, you can find their progress on http://wowdev.tools/
