[SOLVED] NO ARMOR/NAKED BUG FIX?

Is there a fix for the age old problem of seeing naked/no armor equipped characters after logging in/teleporting? I very very recently compiled a fresh eluna tinity wotlk core and the problem still persists. Any soultions?

UPDATE: I found out a there's an ingame spell that when used and unused fixes this bug!

That was a major bug once WotLK came into WoW. It was never fixed, even by Blizzard. Still today on retail you can still see players naked even though they aren't.
