TrinityCore 3.3.5 Noggit - Custom city flag for areatable rest zone?

What flag do i need to make my custom city into a rest zone in Areatable.dbc?

Right now it works as a sanctuary with city flags, but it doesn't count as a rest area. (and it doesn't show up on my character frame, When i used the dalaran flag only half of the zone was a rest area, but i did not get any rest xp)
And yeah i used area paint in noggit.
