An anti bot check really? do you think there a coders out there clammering to registur as many accounts as they can on this site? I just spent 45 min all because the picture deal is way f'ed up.

By the way hello all :)

P.S. i do feel really stupid from trying that many times, i should have just went to another site lol.

I'm sorry you feel that way. The image captcha works as it should and it keeps out every single bot. You are the
first person in 3 years to complain about it, congratulations.

p.s. forum bot spammers do not go for individual sites. the bots auto scan for accessible forums then register and post.

If you can't put a simple puzzle together then that's very bad on your part. And yes, there are bots out there that will register on very simple human verification than the recap puzzle. There has literally been two bots on the site, and judging the bots that did register, it appeared that they were not even bots but actual people who registered after dealing with the recap puzzle. Our population is over 2k and that is very, very clean for a forum that has been up for a couple years with no bots spamming it 24/7. The puzzle is fine and nothing is wrong with registering on here. Spending 45 minutes on a simple puzzle is honestly your fault, not ours. :p

You can go to another site, but you won't find anything better than EmuDevs. We're very strict about our rules.

This is a logical and prudent move by this site.
As i have had a site that a bot got into and created 1200 accounts inside of a few hours then every account started making threads
redirecting to porn sites in russia ukrain and other countries .
It took me two weeks to clean it up .
So its a nessessary security measure in todays state of the internet.

actually i can ---- several times, example. it gives me cats and that is not an option in the drop area. hmmmm so i will put it were the dog "thinks maybe they mean pet - nope i guess it must have been a car should have known that. lol btw it was not a flame it was just letting you know that it has glitches lots of them. Maybe it started today who knows Maybe rather then call me stupid you might go look for your self.

I've looked a few times after you posted to check for any issues. I found none.
You might want to take some screen shots and show me these glitches you're experiencing

Nobody called you stupid, nor implied your "frustrated" post was flame material.


I did the puzzle several times and registered perfectly and deleted the user each time so I wouldn't have to make a new name up. One example below:

The other times I tried, nothing went wrong and I registered just fine. If there was a major issue with it, we would have more support threads about it than one thread. I also agree with, Faded. You should've thought of recording or take screenshots of these "bugs" so you'd have proof and it could be resolved if there were major issues with recap puzzle.

registered 2 years ago with no probs in 30 seconds, looked at register now still same no problems :) I think you failed 2 times and just wanna blame all the world right now and since you are new user just to show your personality in that way. ^.^
BY the way, i would not suggest you go to another site because you won't find anything better out there.

Seriosly on topic. The capts seems to be totally fine. I don't know how it took you 40 mins but i gues it happens. I remember that i had to re-fill the capcha when i registered my account but it was only one time and i didn't really paid requred attention at the firt try.
What i am trying to say is that registation seems to be totally fine and @admins @moderators, maybe you should honor this guy with some achivement or reward, whatever for the effort and the dedication and time spend.

I pretty much think it's better to have this kind of verification instead of having bots all over the forums. Though it took me like 20 seconds to create an account, so I don't really know what happened to you.
