[SOLVED] [Question] What and Why are there Protected and Private Constructors?
I can't seem to find any down to earth explanation as to why either Private/Protected constructors would be needed. Could someone put in laments terms as to what these are for? Well there's Public as well but I suppose everything I type out is public already.
