You could probably do without the images where the vote, donation and content are at. You could also do without the "Content" portion and move that to where you have the 'Public Test Realm' stuff, mainly, it will be considered as a larger 'NEWS' part of the site. Everything kinda looks bunched together and the panels are pretty wide.

Looks good, I've some tips for you so you can improve your skills.
Background
There is some noise added on the background, delete that and change it to black or a darkish gray.
Logo text
I see at the top of the design on the left some text, I think is the server title and slogan.
Make it bigger and add it in the middle of the header. The slogan may stay smaller then the title.
Boxes
Make the boxes a little bigger, I mean those boxes:

Font
Use another font, you can use it as body text but not for the menu or head text.
Also for the logo give it some effect.
Custom text
The text "You must have our custom patch to play" need a box to.
Add a red box with some effect on it and change the text color to white or light gray.
Those are some option which I should change. It's up to you if you want to change it.
