Because of the bandwidth usage of ROMs and Emulators for console, I'm allowing
external download links. This is for Console ROMs and Emus ONLY!
There is however a catch. Please link these external downloads using a shortURL site, ie: tinyurl.com
Do Not use direct links to the download location unless it's from an upload site.
This has been added to the rules page under the Console Emulation section.
