This is trinity and not mangos, i choose trinitycore 3.3.5 wtf.

I have no idea how this happened, but i replaced the server dbc, removed my custom patch files and that didnt work. (i used wow from my second version i use for noggit but it was the same there)

So im thinking this is an issue with the Mysql DB

I restarted my computer and then when i logged in after that i had this issue (i think. i don't remember if i already logged in and started the server before i noticed it.)

The weapon with the boxes and the shirt.

even with nothing equipped it still shows and the shirt cannot be covered with an item

These boxes usually appear when an item has a model id of an broken or not existing model. Check your model id's and dbc files. The shirt could be a wrong flag somewhere, but i never tried to mess with models so i can't give you any tips about that.

Mysql had problems, it also needed to be updated, i don't see why that would cause a problem, while i was at it i downloaded the newest multivendor version and built on that.

I exported my Old SQL modifications and imported them to the newly updated client.

i don't know what happened, but finding the flag would be impossible.

DBC and patch files are the same.
Problem was with either SQL or the source. But i did not build or un a new update so from what i think it was, mysql was the problem.
Best way to solve it unless you know what went wrong is to export all your work (not whole tables as they could be corrupted) and then redo the db from scratch, shouldn't take more than 30 min. (Based on how much work you got)
