How did that come to be? Did you do anything that could cause it? Is your TC source fresh? We need more information for you to receive the required help.
How i understood he used my post of scaling stats, but i had no issues like he does, and i don't get why he gets them? since all he does is multiplies value by 900.0f like TC does everywhere. hmmm. strange. do you see it in character panel on crit chance or on hover of chance?
I see it in the in-game character panel, at spell crit chance. The rating when hovering over 'Spell critical Chance' is normal, but not the spell crit chance itself.
