The repack contains itself a Portable Mysql:

[h] Open ..repackfolder/server/MySQL.bat
[h] Login database username root and password ascent
[h] Ingame admin account username admin and password admin
[h] Go to account_premium and enter account's id, premium type [1: silver, 2: golden, 3: platinum], active[1]

Didnt see this when i posted, but oregoncore is a fork of trinitycore1 which is a fork of mangos.

Oregoncore also added many trinitycore2 and mangos changes together
