I want to ask is it possible to change a spell that is only cast-able on players like boss spells etc

to be cart-able on mobs ?

if you cast on a mob it will say ((that target is not a player))

so if its possible what I change

I think you have to edit db2 spell file

idk i never edited db2 files, only dbc (3.3.x)
Im sure there was some tutorial

I don't think so friend very few modders work client other than 3.3.x XD
