In light of this, I created a new general FAQ item that explains why accounts may seem deleted and reason(s) why. It will also explain that accounts aren't deleted for any reason at all.
I had to make a new account, was my old account deleted?
Now read this thread and stop saying your account was deleted for inactivity. I'd rather not have members spread more speculation around and worry everybody.
