Do something that isn't boring. I would do a lot of custom content, but don't make it revolve around killing 'npcs' to level. Perhaps something unique? I have ideas, but I'm actually going through with making the core/scripts for my idea, so I wish I could give it out.
I have some good ideas but it would require me to patch wow and players hate downloading patches

Players would probably hate downloading a 100MB - 1GB patch. Don't see why you would make a big patch like that when the game itself is huge. Less time players have to download a patch, more time they have to play.

Yeah that is true but depends on what you put in the patch also hence the fact I have almost EVERY item and mount converted from 4.0.6+ to 3.3.5a and it is only 800 MB.

Not entirely much about ideas as the client you would chose and if you would use a patch or just C++ / Lua it all.

Working also on a Custom server i alredy spent 4 years on this and i have some skill i got 2.4.3 server with peak is 250 pl online and working now on 3.3.5a server with Worgen Goblin race not sure about pandaren didnt figure it yet and Custom Continent with 6 zones from 0 to 30 ADT or 50 idk more ADT = more MB = Players will be angry to download them i alredy make village with just need 4 MB and the worgen Goblin race cost 16 MB but need help to make them playable i just can morph in them or edit an another class to play with got alot things that players will be able to make in game soon i will show some work

You should really see if eatos will let you test his server exodus its got exactly what you just said and more. But idk if he will let anyone just get on it right now but you could check with him anyway.

everything custom, and no, I don't mean custom items with 19328751497347514 stamina, or custom npc's, or a custom killstreak system, I'm talking about custom custom, classes, races, spells, talents, zones, mounts, displayID's etc.
