Where can I edit this?

As you can see this item says Heroic, but I am trying to edit the text to say something else. Is this edited in the .exe or somewhere else?

I looked through everything I could possibly think of, but couldn't find it. http://collab.kpsn.org/display/tc/Item+template+tc2#Itemtemplatetc2-Flags it is a flag, so it could possibly be handled by the executable, not entirely sure.

I've looked in the exe and found this
