Git was NOT FOUND on your system - did you forget to install a recent version, or setting the path to it?
Observe that for revision hash/date to work you need at least version 1.7

i have installed Git Extensions latest also Visual Studio 2013, OpenSSL, Framework.

how to fix this error ?

If you solve the question yourself next time, please add the answer for other people that have the same question.

Answer to this question was most likely that you did not have Git installed at all, or you didn't install Git properly ( no access via the command prompt )
