[SOLVED] Editing arena minlevel

Hi there guys,
Im trying to edit the min level to join arenas trough the battlegroundmanager, ("H") key.
I've edited the minlevel etc in the battleground_template database, i've edited the core a bit, but yet it tells me the required level is 70

Does anyone have any idea where this can be edited, as im trying to set up a twink server, where a level 19 should be able to do arenas.

Maybe it's a client limitation or you need it to change in the server DBCs, did you check that already?,

I can't seem to find anything that has to do with this, does anyone have any experience with doing this,
if so please share on how you have done this successfully.

BattleMasterList.dbc has minLevel & maxLevel for Battlegrounds and Arenas but I'm not sure if that really matters. I looked through Battleground/Arena related source files and didn't find any level checks, unless I missed them. This looks more Lua/XML UI related than anything, honestly. I never actually changed that before so my knowledge isn't great on changing minlevel requirement.
