[SOLVED] error 0xc000007b

I've downladed microsofts software programs, vs,framework,direcktx, added missing dll files, MSVCR100.dll but it seems as i can get nothing to work, and i've serched on google for about 4 hours and now i've given up on finding out how to fix this by google, so i've come here now, and since my last hard disk, so i've got a ssd or whatever it's called, but nothing works now. any kind of tips will be helpful comment "follow 1-10 steps" example.

Install latest visual studio.

i can't start world or auth server it must be something with libmysql

Install latest vcredist package, if you know which visual studio version the core was compiled with the better

Visual Studio 2013 isn't really recommended as people have too many issues with it. The recommended highest is VS 2012. However, he has to have Visual Studio 2013 to install that package..
