The chatbox has been limited to Level 2 users and higher.

How do you gain Level 2? Simple post around a few times, say hello.
You also receive an achievement for reaching level 2 and level 5 and so on..

Current max level that can be obtained is 20, more will follow after progression

I'm still tweaking the promotion system to work correctly with the usergroup ranking system. So if
you have the level 2 achievement and still can not see the chatbox (Like AlexeWarr commented)
please let me know and I will move you to the correct group.

This is only until everything is finely tuned
