You sure this won't get you into some trouble? Do you have a disclaimer somewhere? Given that these can still be bought from the Wii Virtual Console store.
The original disclaimers people used were that if you do not own a physical copy(or digital from the virtual console system), that you were limited to playing the game for up to 24 hours only and thus removing it after(legal bs, people naturally didn't follow it but it's a disclaimer), and these are provided for backup purposes only, blah blah blah.
