How to modify the choose class section?

I googled it and didn't find anything too helpful, just a few patches that makes all race/class combinations possible. Thing is, I just want to create 1 or 2 new race/class combos.
Say I wanted to create an Orc Paladin, and I got the database updated and everything. The only way I can then create an Orc Paladin, is to first create an Orc and then modify the class ID in the database. How could I modify the client so I could select Orc Paladin in character customization?

Well, those patches are useful because you could use them as examples on what you're trying to accomplish. I've only known what you're wanting to be a certain dbc edit, but it may be more to it, who knows. I never had a need for all/certain classes to be available for all/certain races. I want to say that the buttons are grayed out because the Lua/XML file needs to be edited to lift that, but I'm not entirely sure.

Well thing is, I don't know how to look into patches. I'm not to familiar with DBC files.
Custom class/race combinations has interested me because I found out how to do it in the database by myself. I just copied and pasted information from other races that got the class and shit.
Therefore, I want to get this fully working.

Another problem I discovered, is that ingame I can't learn any spells from the trainers. Do you know the answer to that?
I will have to teach them to my character by commands, which takes a lot of time.
