[request] Implementing lineage 2 pvp system into world of warcraft, looking for help

My friend made a movie about how the lineage2 system really works.

Eatos told me to ask for help on this forum.
If someone has an idea on how to make this work or can make this work, I am even willing to pay for it.

This pvp system really makes people think about what they are doing and gives an incentive to pvp in group. Combining L2 pvp flag system with wow combat smoothness would be amazing!

The world factions would be gone. Everyone would have equal rights. All city npc's would be friendly towards everyone.

In short:
Everyone is neutral
X attacks Y => X becomes purple, meaning he is in pvp state and Y can respond to that.
X kills white Y => X becomes red, meaning everyone can kill him because he is "evil" and if he dies, he loses a chunk of xp/honor
If you help a purple/red player, you get purple as well.

If anyone has the skills or thinks he has an idea how to accomplish this, please let me know, maybe we can talk.
*Eatos said the name plate colors were hard coded, maybe the interaction of "tidyplates" addon would make this work ?

Emmm ok, it sounds very interesting, the idea i mean. But if i understand you are looking for someone to make this? So basically this is request not looking for help.
If you have a question about how to do this, just ask, i am quite sure there are at least dozen of people who know the answer of your question(s). BUT if you are requesting someone to implement this for you maybe you should tell us what do you need this for etc, etc...

It is very possible to do this. It would require some faction changes, but it is possible. However, I doubt you'll find anyone who will do this.

Suggestion:
Use visual effects like auras instead of name plate colors.

Rest should be simple to edit / script.

1. NPCs - change the faction in the DB.
2. Remove duplicated alliance/horde quests.
3. Remove race checks on items.
4. Store how close a player is to become red in the db, rest can be done script wise, as the purple color is not progress dependant.
5. Rest can be done in the same script.

Why I need this ? I've been a very long time lineage 2 player and I want to recreate the experience in our community of lineage 2 players with the absolute best polish in wow.

Where does it say I doubted this? I doubted that you'll find someone who will do it, not the idea itself. I'll give you some small advice. If you do get someone, make sure they don't scam you considering that will happen. Also, some people don't know at all on what they're doing - so just make sure you get what you wanted without a lot of flaws.
