So I'm just going to assume I didn't "unlock" this because I got level 5 off of the review thing I wrote but I was just wondering if there is a chance I could have it? If not I understand considering I didn't really EARN it but ye idk.
It's assigned when you level up > Level 4. Perhaps you should give it some more time and see what happens, else, Faded can tell you what's wrong. It is an achievement, not an award. Also, it is a promotion by level progression.
