What's the command in Linux to run Worldserver.exe / Authserver.exe?

./authserver

Might want to run it in a screen first:

Type in: screen -S worldserver and after that press enter and then ./worldserver

Same goes for auth.

Linux cannot run exe files unless you use WINE or other third party software.
