Hello guys !

I just wanna share a picture of a website that i coded. I used some images from wowreach and i made my own code for it. Dunno if this is the correct section to post this is but i wanna share the design/layout that i made for my website so this should be the correct section.

Let me know what you think about the design. I know that the arrow on the side that opens the sidepanel is not that very visible, Thats the only bad thing in my opinion. I'm not sure how i should make it more visible so i leave it as it is for now until i have a better idea.

The images that i copy from wowreach is navigation bar and background for the slider. The only image that i created by myself is the background for the news box under the slider.
And btw, Its only html/css, No php functions yet. I will add that later. Send me a PM if you wanna help me to make it into a CMS. Better to take that in PM since this thread is just about the design.

Thanks :) I like the colors :p All other WoW CMS Websites is either dark blue or dark gray ^^ This is more unique. I might use another color for the text tho under the slider :p

For that logo i just copyed a piece of the chain and duplicated it a few times and then i just deleted a piece from the chain so it looks like it goes behind the nav. And then i just used a smoke brush and then i picked an orange color and just clicked on the logo and added some layer effects to it.
Btw, What do you mean with "rad"? Did you mean "bad"? :eek:

yeah, the news looks empty, and i don't really like the color gamma :)
pain for eyes, try change it :)

Yeah, I agree... The news could be improved somehow. I just don't know how i should improve it. And i just tried to use colors that suits to the navigation bar. I actually prefer Ice Blue Color. Suits good to wotlk :p But the navbar would look very odd when it has that color and everything else is ice blue :p I love that nav so i just had to use it xD

Thanks for the suggestions. You could maybe suggest a way how i can improve the news aswell ! ;)
