Alright, I can open ports, But I don't know what my server ip address is, Is there a way to tell which one your warcraft server uses? And what would my friends set there realmlist too to play on my server?
Im at 12 gigs of ram 3.40ghz hyperthreadedquadcore, Im sure im able to host it pretty good for friends, I've tried to find other tutorials but never could figure it out, I was able to make a server public on a VPS, With the static IP Address, Is there anyway to make windows 7 premium to static IPAddress? Is that with your modem? Need some information on making my localhost public, Whats the easiest way too do it? How do I tell my server IP Address, And how will I know what realmlist my friends and I will be using

I've looked into tutorials, I do not understand What server IP Address I use to open the ports on, That is currently my problem

If you're forwarding the port via router, use your 192.168.x.x ip

If there is no router involved, you don't need to fwd anything, it opens when it's being used. Unless your firewall is blocking ports, then open it there.

Did that, Hes currently stuck on Success
According too http://porttest.net/ 8085 and 3724 are both OPEN, I Did make sure they are open in my Firewall aswell, Edited Host files, Using No-IP.org for my server

Reset the hosts file back to the default 127.0.0.1, that file is unnecessary unless you're sporting more than one IP address.
Also try dropping no-ip entirely and just use your normal IP address for connection. Also make sure your External IP is being used in your realmlist table in the DB
