Is it possible to show message box where u can input password on object right click with eluna ? :S

Yes. However, it depends on how you want to go about the chest loot portion. But yes, you can do what you're asking for.

Well i was thinking about making separate sql table that will contain userid and pw then when u click on chest it will prompt box for pw when user enter it should check in db if that user has entered correct pw and if it has access to it, then it should show items, also i guess it will need one more table to store items?

Since you can add loot to an object (etc) programmatically, you will most likely need another table for the items, yes.
