[SOLVED] Port forwarding

I have been trying to port forward successfully for around 4 hours now, And cant seem to do it...
All my Firewalls are turned off and I have followed around 3 guides.

I can connect to my server, but none of my friends can.

Canyouseeme.org tells me that it cannot see me... I dont know what else to do to open the ports..

Use a image hosting site (imgur, etc). Really hard to see images via attachments.
