[SOLVED] Quest Item drop rate not working

Hello.

am using Trinity core #62815c (basically latest)

I am just having issues with Quest Item drop from NPC. But it's wont drop. I did try change drop rate and still not work.
Just feel like its getting impossible for quest item drop rate.

Could you provide us with screenshots over the quest, quest item, and the id from loot table that the npc has from the Database?

For example as this item is issues too

http://www.wowhead.com/item=43297/damaged-necklace This items... Drop in Northered (very low droprate) But I want to changed it to high rate? like all other quest items...
