ONLY the vendor entry 54 (meta gem) its working, if i replicate him, it appear 2, 3,4 times... I want to know why the other menu its not appearing.

Detail: i have restarted the server and still not working

Just a question why itemids have dots? Aslo, You are using same slot itds.

Where i am using same slots? on npc_vendor all items have slot 0
