As far as I can tell, it was confirmed as suicide awhile ago.

Police report says he died from asphyxiation, so he more than likely hung himself.

Was depressed.. In and out of rehab recently

Well suicide or not , I will remember him always for the great things he did . ... but it's just hard to imagine someone who was a worldwide known comedian , famous and has alot of fans would suffer this much inside and still entertain people... :/ Guess we never know anyone 100%
