Model is created by Nintendo and was ripped from Super Smash Bros Brawl.

Model downloaded from http://www.models-resource.com/

Audio track is the Corneria stage from the original SNES/SFC Starfox game.

Programs used: Cinema 4D, Blender, M2Mod4.

Thanks to Soldan for all of his help on previous projects, because without this bloke I'd be well.... still modifying textures for weapons probably. lol.

No release planned., this is meant to help inspire folks that have wanted to do this sort of thing but never got around to it or thought they weren't capable of it, it's not hard work, just a lot of work. XD... well not for this particular thing, only using 1 bone. XD.

Foereaper : If I could figure out how to add custom animations to existing animations, I would so do that. ^_^ Believe it! hehe. Like modify the Sidestep animations. haha.

Hi Anthony i have all the programs mentioned and a model but i have no clue on how to start something like this. Do you have a tutorial or plan on making one? Or maybe just some tips on how to start adding a custom model into 3.3.5 or are you doing this in cataclysm?. Any help with this would be much appreciated.

Edit: so far i have converted m2 to m2i with m2mod then used blender to convert to obj for cinema 4d, am i on the right track?

mandathomp : No that's not the right track, as Cinema 4D isn't required for this to work, I just use it because it is my preferred 3D Modeling/Editing software. I do not have a tutorial per say, however I do have a video demonstrating my process of putting a car model into the game.

Some things that were shown in my previous video were skipped in this demonstration.

Again I only use Cinema 4D because that is my preferred Editing/Modeling software, You could substitute it for Blender or 3DS Max or whatever you are more comfortable with using. The Demonstration video is to help you get a grasp on how these things work, it's not a straight forward guide to make you a pro, That part is up to you on how well you grasp the concepts and processes as well as how well you are at making your own processes and concepts overtime to cope with different types of tasks/models/obstacles.

The demo video gives more than enough information on how to move onto doing other things than just a car model, but it really depends on how well you are at coming up with your own concepts/processes/solutions for the many obstacles you may face.. Especially since not all 3D Models are built the same way, nor are they all textured the same way.

Thank you Anthony i am sure i can figure it out from the info you have given me. I was getting bored with all the other aspects of wow emulation, once i figure this out it should keep me busy for awhile.
