There was only 1 error for "equipment_id" in creature template which has been removed in newer TC Database .

but also teleporter doesn't work and when I click on one of Events it doesn't teleport me to location , I think there is something wrong with MapID or ... in smart_scripts !

Hey Zeus, for the teleport to work you have to change target_type from 0 to 7 , if I'm not mistaking

Give it a try and let me know!
