I already do this ; / , but i have visual studio 2013 and need to compile using visual 2010 to run win windows server 2003 . i cant delete my visual 2013 : (

If you have windows 8.1+ you can't compile a core for yourself due to that you can't reinstall visual studio without Deep software experiance. (CMD and dll scripting)

windows visual studio 2013 on windows 8.1+ cannot be uninstalled or reinstalled by just removing it from your files, since when you do you only uninstall/reinstall the program and not the dll files.

And the dll files cannot be removed.

It works for some and for some it dosent, for those that it dosent work for can only fix the problem by reinstalling windows.
