What kind of server you preffer ?

Leveling? I don't think that really is a good idea, nor instant X level would be either. However, if you did either one, it would need to have something unique about it, rather than the old boring content and events people have already seen. If it was up to me, I would do instant [MAX_LEVEL] and make a ton of original content for people to play with & content that won't get boring really quickly.

Why level 90 on wotlk?

I voted on inst90 with few custom stuff but a strong pve content is what I really prefer

Blizz-like with x15 rates with some custom content available to the players, to keep them a bit busy. Either way, having a blizz-like mix might be better..

Adding a few extra things, like quests, and not altering anything else, will still be blizzlike..

yeah but he/she told that add all custom content, that means Items,quests,instances by default. Zones, events etc . etc...
That is custom content and this is not blizzlike server anymore.
Maybe he/she means that don't touch any spell and make default wotlk level cap for 80 and let players choose who they wanna be, heals, dps or tanks....
And then just add custom content.

Well if I'm correct, pretty sure I am. Defining custom, is by changing the full world around the players, or how the scripters claim it to be.. Example, adding new content is now marked as a custom server. Adding more NPCs and Quests isn't custom, its how the player views it.

Sense we are talking about custom things, look at the projects out there. Trinity has plenty of custom things with their project, same goes for Skyfire, Arcemu and Mangos. Defining true custom is pretty easy. Lets say a server adds extra Quests, as long as they go with the current story lines, they are not custom Quests. Its how someone looks at things. Nothing more to that..
