Hi guys,
A year ago I was thinking of creating a server which enforced the Iron man challenge.
So I started developing the first rule: You can't buff other players. But since I am not planning on developing this server any further I am giving out this script. Most of the work was finding the ids of the spells that buffed other players, and I'm quite sure it's far from complete.
