"Best" server host provider experience

hello, ED, can you share your experience with server hosting providers , tell some positives, negative sides of 'em since there is no perfect one.
What i'm looking for is one the highest quality with highest "internet speed" (starting from 500mb/s) and lowest price ofc... sorry forgot how that thing calls so called it internet speed xD
It can be linux / windows platforms doesn't matter that much, only that i prefer windows but can use linux as well.

Well i can start the topi, i had experience for about a year long with company CaVPS Host, they are located in Toronto, they offer really cheap windows VPS plans, and high speed, for a fairly low price, the support team is really great, never had to wait longer than 5 minutes in live chat to get my questions / problem solved. we had connections from all around the world,and nobody were complaining about high latency and such. They have really great "DDoS Prottection" if you being DDoSed you write them they reply instantly for you, that your server under attack , please be patient and after like 15 minutes (Longest delay i had) i have my server online stable without any causalities and there is no chance same person can make another DDoS attack, we tried that by our self's and well that worked , so i was amazed because of that systems. the only negative thing that they have so much "unexpected" maintenance , and without any announce you can find your server down for maintenance So how i said i can rate them :

I wont waste your time listing off all the providers we've had that were terrible. I will however tell
you that OVH/Kimsufi is the absolute best for a low cost server.

They sell from 100Mbps, 150, 500 and 1Gbps. We have the 500Mbps w/ boost up to 1Gbps with 16GB memory and 2TB HDD and fantastic DDoS mitigation.
We only pay 27.95 per month for this server. (This is a server @ kimsufi on their clearance servers that change randomly)

If you watch it, you would be able to pick up a pretty boss server. We've been ddosed at least 5 or 6 times since we got this server
and it automatically mitigates the ddos only allowing clean traffic through, it's been awesome.

Every other place we've had has been the absolute worst.

FYI on kimsufi though, they answer tickets but they're not there to support you. You need to know what you're doing.
