Can't talk on Chat Box?

I've probably went full retard and I need to have a certain amount of something to talk on the chatbox though, lol.

try to " Ctrl + f5 " to clear your cookies & cache.

ChatBox was recently active for normal members until someone ruined it for everyone and it had to be limited again to Level II +.
