Check if a thread has been posted [FEATURE]

Hey guys! Faded added this "Check If Already Posted" feature awhile back and it seems like it isn't getting used. It is pretty obvious where it is, but if you don't know, here is a screenshot:

It is next to where you create your title. Now, using it is quite simple. You can show your search results as posts or as thread titles, depending on how in-depth you want the search to be for your issue or other.

For example, I searched for RBAC and it came up with threads related to my title:

This can be done vice versa (checking posts). Hope you guys use this, it really helps with the double posting!

I have added on to this feature using similar threads while typing out your topic also.

This is just to make sure users will know if they are posting things that already exist (mostly for support threads)
