So yesterday i was playing on my computer when i got a BSOD and my computer has been fried. i lost all my work and everything i made. im a bit sad i have to start over from scratch. my harddrive somehow fried itself!!! now i must start over

installed a new 2tb sata drive !

I put all of my work on Github or my external hard-drive so I'll never lose anything.

Is it all fried to the point where it can't be repaired to retrieve the needed file(s)?

How old was the HDD? Was the case always dirty? Plenty of air flow? PSU not powerful enough?

not enough mac unfortunely. you should defo clean your pc if its dirty

it was just too old. it is clean in my pc i have water cooling system it just wont recognize it as a hard drive now even when its put as the slave.
i dont think i can get the data but i did make a github thanks to tommy's idea imma store my stuff there. and i have a backup of my core on external hd but none of my scripts :/

If it were a MAC, then he would be getting a new system and not just a new HDD for 3498739084390$ cheaper
