EmuDevs Repack?

I am 'meh' about this, so is Tommy.

We would like to offer something to this nature, but we simply lack the motivation to do so.
If we were to actually do this with custom content on the repack, what type would you prefer?

(we would only use trinitycore regardless)

TBC? WotLK? Cataclysm? (Fuck MOP)

Would you as a member provide your own content to add into the repack? Should we hire a repack team to do it all?

So much more stable than anything else, and still consistantly updated. Go a patch higher and you get a shit ton of bugs, a patch lower and there is close to no community and little to no development anymore.

Well i would say Cataclysm because I'm a cataclysm lover. - I personally love patch 4.0.6, but as u want to go for trinitycore (and not so many people use 4.0.6) you should go for 4.3.4 or 3.3.5

I'm not sure about 4.3.4, there's major issues with it, and if you can't get that stuff fixed you should go for 3.3.5, but it's over used.

TBC or WOTLK both on TC based(learnning mangos again would be a pain in my situation) you may know that i'm not a custom guy at all so I can provide some blizzlike fix such as spell,PvP & PvE content.

Cataclysm shouldn't be custom with all the bugs and shit it has. If we add custom content, it should be 3.3.5a or less. I can do a few fixes as well, seeing that Neth can do some Blizzlike fixes, that's nice. :D

i like seeing custom content but honestly to me unless the source comes with it it is 99% useless 1% useful to give me ideas for my own lol.. so yeh id like to see you guys make a repack no i prob wouldnt do much with it unless the source is included "Which i imagine you would not want to do lol"

But should u make one trinitycore 3.3.5 would be best option

Why wouldn't the source be available as well? I don't really see a reason not to release the source as well lol.

I just assumed as most people who make repack keep the source hidden and anyone truly interested in the repack is limited to what they can do with it. If the source is going to be available i would even contribute to the project if allowed to.

Meh honestly i was never big on tbc however theres a lot of players who are. Why not both? one now and one later i mean anything u do in either one can easily be converted to work on the other.

The only problem with doing both is the time. Tommy and I are always busy doing something.
Would be nice to have some type of Repack team that knew what they were doing to help release

I'd say let's download TrinityCore's 4.3.4 Cataclysm source and update it, practically making it a community project. (open source)
