I followed the steps outlined in your guide.
1) Ran the SQL query but changed the account id to 1 since "test" account has account id 1 (1 192 1 -1).
2) Also changed the account access table to (1 3 -1 )
3) Closed everything and restarted database, double-checked all changes were saved.
In-game result: Still no working GM commands. Writing ".commands" returned with "wrong syntax". All others are not working.
".account" returned with "email" and "lock" option. That's it.
Update1:
1) When I open the worldserver console and type "rbac list" it returns with a whole bunch of "table command have not existed subcommand..." then it crashes (nonresponsive).
Update2:
I finally got many of the commands working by replacing the command tables on the repack (world). If anybody is having the same problems as I and is still lacking any kind of gm command even with the RBAC fix, just use the command tables from other sources. This has saved me a lot of frustration.
