EmuDevs TrinityCore 4.3.4 Cataclysm WoW Repack v2.0

Hi guys, here is another EmuDevs TrinityCore World of Warcraft Cataclysm Repack! It is pretty much straight forward when you receive it. The maps and vmaps are on a separate download. This repack does not come with Apache.

PLEASE NOTE:

This repack will feature more database error fixes overtime. TrinityCore's 4.3.4 Cataclysm is still under development, so there will be a lot of issues that doesn't pertain to us. If you come across an issue, you should report it on TrinityCore's tracker. Don't mention that you're using a repack or they won't help you. This repack has FRESH binary files that were just compiled. Everything will be up to date as well, just keep a lookout.

What this repack features:

  • MySQL (FadedSQL ~ The Easy SQL, MySQL version 5.6)
  • DBC files
  • TrinityCore Fresh binaries
  • Full and fresh database
  • Many database and Core error fixes ~ There's still a lot of errors because TrinityCore keep generating them and failing at fixing their own shit..
  • New TC updates
  • New DBC updates

What EmuDevs will do with this repack:

  • Keep everything up to date
  • More database error fixes


I don't have a full feature list on what it working or what isn't. I'm not going to lie just to get attention anyway. It is pretty much a fresh compile and a fresh database, along with fresh everything!

Wow, epic released :)

Side note: I see you've created a new topic for the v2 release. Will you do so for every update?

ADDED: Both exe's say they cant find "SSLEAY32.dll"
Any idea how to fix that?

I'm running a development machine, so all the runtime frameworks are here.

I will probably do that for every update, more SEO. ;)

Anyway, you must be missing something because that .dll doesn't come with TrinityCore's source.

Moved from my Dev machine to my home one, and now its working :D

I'd definitely love to help you in any way with this project, although I'm a C# dev...
Maybe some websites, or tools? Whatever you require ;)

Problem with Port

I really like your Repack but we have one problem.
we cant change the Port from the Mysql.

I hope you answer xD

I don't see how you can't change the port. XD

You can change the ports in authserver.conf and worldserver.conf..

authserver.conf:

LoginDatabaseInfo = "127.0.0.1;3306;root;root;auth"

LoginDatabaseInfo = "127.0.0.1;3306;root;root;auth"
WorldDatabaseInfo = "127.0.0.1;3306;root;root;world"
CharacterDatabaseInfo = "127.0.0.1;3306;root;root;char"

Unless you weren't specific enough and want to change it via MySQL itself in general.

If you were actually talking about the MySQL itself, just edit the MySQL start bat and change
Code: 
db\bin\mysqld.exe
to
Code: 
db\bin\mysqld.exe -P yourport

You don't type it in the bat while it's running.. Right click the .bat and click edit, or edit with notepad. Then change what I said

Also please merge it with new revision cause there are some RBAC changes & changes in "Command" table ( Security Completely removed & permission added )

in the mysql start bat.

and it comes errors like
cant find messagefile
and cant create test file
and more

Honestly, the repack is only for people who want to just test out the emulator and eventually compile on there own if they like it. However, I will update it when I can.

Just delete and re-download, this shit works out of the box. Idk how you managed to break it.
And just use port 3306, why are you trying to change it for
