Cleared transmut after leaving the world.

Where to find solution to the problem?

You are most likely having a script that was not written for your core.
And if it is one of my scripts then you likely are missing the on login hook and possibly some other things that are needed for the script to function.
You would need to implement the on login hook.

Have you tried checking if the data is saved in the DB?
The data is usually saved as the enchant data for the item.

Thats one small image.
And there are more enchants in the field than what the field shows in the UI.

However if the SQL does not contain the information ( all 0 ) then it must be that the data is never even saved to DB or it is saved elsewhere.
Thus relog discards the transmogs. So it might be incomplete code.

Can you post the SQL data from item_instance for the item that you transmogrified?
And can you post the entry of the item you used as source of display and target of display?

Can you run a few tests?
Transmogrify item.
Unequip it, equip it.
Is the item still transmogrified?

Transmogrify item.
Relog.
According to your description the item should no longer have the transmogrification.
Unequip the item and then equip it.
Is the item now transmogrified?
