That question makes no sense. What is 3.0? Your other question, "Version of eluna in it ?" makes no sense because you are linking the actual Eluna Github, so obviously it will be up-to-date.

Pretty sure it supports any Visual Studio version (unless they removed 2008-2010 support); otherwise it supports any version.

In another thread one of your users or u stated eluna 3.0 so i assume that github was 3.0 and thanks for informing me that was the latest one

As tommy said, it has latest version. There are no numbered versions.

As the installation guide says:

Currently there are no additional requirements apart from the normal core requirements. See you desired core's documentation and installation instructions for it's requirements and dependencies.
